JSK is empowered with world class infrastructure having vertically integrated facilities for production and delivery. For production, there are SOCO as well as manual cutting machines and end facing machines, providing reliable operation with enhanced productivity.

At present, the total installed capacity is 2500MT for precision tubes and 1500MT for strips in a month, whereas the annual production of aluminium products is approximately 6500MT. For timely response to customers'query, there is a countrywide sales network backed by knowledge based professionals. Warehouses at different locations help the company to fulfill the immediate requirements of the clients within shortest time frame. The chain of offices and warehouse is located at Ludhiana, Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad and Mumbai.

Our Plant is equipped of in-house Cold Rolling Machinery which includes following:

• HR Slitter – 1 No.
• Pickling Section - 1 No.
• 4 Hi Reversing Cold Rolling Mills – 2 Nos.
• Belt Type Annealing Furnace – 2 Nos.
• Skin Pass – 1 No.
• Slitting Lines – 3 Nos.

The Installed Capacity of Cold Rolling Division is 24000 MT per month. Cold Rolled Division is capable of Producing CR Strips upto 500mm width & thicker range between 0.40 to 3.00mm.

Tube Division: We have three Precision Tube Mills capable of producing Precision Tubes by ERW process from ½ inches Outer Diameter to 3 inches Outer Diameter. All Tube Mills have capability of Producing Square / Rectangular and other Special Profiles.

All Products are tested in Laboratory that is upgraded with modern equipments to Conduct Tensile Test / Drift Test / Bend Test / Chemical Analysis / Hardness Test and other physical parameters.

For timely delivery as per customers' requirement, there is a countrywide sales network and warehouses. The chain of offices and warehouse is located at Ludhiana, Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad and Mumbai.
